We supported Plan International and Save the Children UK to create and support a new online global network for over 150 knowledge sharing and collaboration members across the international development sector.
The network for the first time facilitated the exchange of best practices, tools, and success stories among organisations like Oxfam, SOS Children’s Villages, Practical Action, Loughborough University, Action Aid, Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC), Amnesty International, WaterAid and UNICEF - driving greater impact across the sector.
We delivered Plan International's first knowledge management strategy to enhance its ability to conduct high-quality, evidence-based programming. By improving systems, policies and processes, we created a culture of knowledge sharing and use, and a deeper culture of learning.
We focused on creating, capturing, storing, sharing, accessing and applying knowledge across the organisation. We empowered staff to share their expertise, established efficient information flows and learning practices, using technology and fostering collaboration through internal and external networks.
We designing and deploying a SharePoint-based intranet for Plan International's global staff, creating a centralised hub for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
The project team was awarded "Team of the Year" for driving organizational efficiency.

We enhance readability with compelling visuals and highlighted the organisations' global impact stories and case studies, helping them effectively communicate their achievements and strengthen their position in the sector.
We developed and implemented a global internal communications strategy for ActionAid International to enhance staff engagement and knowledge sharing.
We spearheaded the launch of a SharePoint-based global intranet, successfully onboarding 2,300 staff across 60 offices worldwide. Within 18 months, 78% of staff were regularly using the platform.
We supported leadership in developing cascading communications plans, established interactive tools for capacity building, and implemented tailored content management policies.
We developed and implemented a comprehensive Document Policy for Plan International to improve its document management process. By setting up standardised classification, enhancing storage and access and strengthening security, we improved organisational efficiency, learning, and decision-making.
This policy contributed to Plan International's goal of becoming a more efficient, and collaborative organisation, ultimately enhancing its ability to deliver impactful programmes and achieve its mission of empowering children.
We developed and implemented a global brand building initiative to elevate Plan International's brand awareness and impact. By unifying branding efforts across 70+ national offices, we streamlined processes, optimised resources, and fostered knowledge sharing.
This project enhanced the organisation's visibility, influence and fundraising capacity among key audiences, positioning Plan International as a leading global advocate for children's rights.
We developed and implemented successful global brand strategies for leading international development organisations such as ACORD, CIVICUS World Alliance for Citizen Participation, Hope and Homes for Children, Plan International and War Child Alliance. This enhanced brand visibility, strengthened brand identity, and aligned brand messaging with organisational goals.
Additionally, we've led the revitalisation of ActionAid's brand identity, ensuring continued success and recognition within the UK's top charity index brands.
We successfully launched a TikTok social media campaign that garnered over 5 million views and generated more than 4,000 new app sign-ups. By recruiting and training a team of 10 content creators, we leveraged expert training from a renowned social media consultancy to optimize our strategies. This collaborative approach resulted in engaging, product-centric videos that resonated with our audience, providing strong proof of our social media marketing capabilities.
