Today, we are a thriving network of over 20 specialists located globally and from diverse backgrounds, united by our commitment to social justice and effective communication.

Florence is a seasoned communications and knowledge management (KM) consultant with over two decades of experience in the international non-profit sector.

She excels at delivering high-impact trainings and fostering global client relationships. She has worked for renowned international organisations such as ActionAid, Plan International and War Child, and as an independent consultant.

Mark has over 30 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sector. He combines his profound knowledge of how to move towards more sustainable operations with a drive for guiding processes to make that journey an exciting one.

Jaspal Channa is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over 20 years of experience driving impactful campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy initiatives across diverse sectors spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Working with organisations like Time Inc, the European Commission and War Child, she has led flagship projects that advanced sales, global advocacy, funding, and engagement efforts.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and “can-do” attitude, Jaspal thrives on building meaningful relationships and bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
Dana is a professional non-profit communicator, researcher and project coordinator. Her passion lies in amplifying voices, with a focus on gender, culture and advocacy. Born and raised in Egypt, she understands the power of words to drive change.
With a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), she coordinated the What Can Culture Do (WCCD) tour at the European Cultural Foundation, bringing voices from 15 cities into key conversations. She has worked for non-profits such as War Child, managed 25+ events at 020 and researched gender-based violence (GBV) in Global Majority Countries.
