Florence Kiff is a senior communications and knowledge management (KM) consultant with over two decades of experience in the international non-profit sector.
She specialises in strategic communications and KM, supporting organisations to clarify their positioning, strengthen their voice and deliver impactful content across channels. Her work includes developing global strategies, building and engaging international networks, and managing and evolving NGO brands.
Florence is also an experienced facilitator, delivering high-impact trainings and building strong, trusted relationships with clients worldwide. She has worked with organisations including ActionAid, Plan International and War Child, as well as advising a range of international NGOs as an independent consultant.
She is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
